The Youth of Excellence Scheme of China actively cultivates international leaders by providing full scholarships to outstanding young professionals. By offering tuition waivers, accommodation, living allowances, and medical insurance, the program ensures that participants can fully focus on their academic and professional development. Moreover, the scheme selects candidates with strong leadership potential, broad global vision, and multicultural awareness, which prepares them to contribute effectively in global governance and international cooperation.
In addition, the program promotes a unique “1+1” structure that combines in-country study with research flexibility. During the first year, students immerse themselves in coursework and research at top Chinese universities, while the second year often allows them to complete their thesis in their home country. Consequently, participants gain not only high-quality education but also practical experience that bridges cultural and professional gaps. This structured approach makes the scheme an excellent platform for building future global leaders. For more opportunities click here
